Kaczyński: Tusk zapowiada ubezwłasnowolnienie CBA
Donald Tusk zapowiedział “ubezwłasnowolnienie” Centralnego Biura Antykorupcyjnego – ocenia Jarosław Kaczyński
Tusk powiedział we wtorek, że CBA nie będzie zlikwidowane. Zapowiedział jednak przeprowadzenie “audytu” w tej instytucji i wyciągnięcie konsekwencji wobec osób winnych zaniedbań lub łamania prawa.
- Sformułowano zapowiedź – nie likwidacji – ale ubezwłasnowolnienie i unieczynnienie CBA – uważa Jarosław Kaczyński.
Jak mówił premier na środowej konferencji prasowej w Warszawie, podporządkowanie CBA Sejmowi oznacza powstanie instytucji, która ma statut taki, jaki mają inne instytucje, które przez cały czas funkcjonowały w III RP.
- CBA może działać dobrze we ścisłej współpracy z prokuratorem generalnym. Musi to być instytucja, która chce walczyć z korupcją i jest to walka całego rządu – podkreślił premier.
Jego zdaniem, jeśli CBA będzie w jakikolwiek sposób “ruszone”, to “ten stan” będzie trwał dalej. – Donald Tusk zdaje sobie z tego sprawę – dodał Jarosław Kaczyński.
